To best prevent against this scam, you should proactively check information through the carrier's tools and proactively standardize information according to regulations and instructions from the carrier. Network operators will NOT suddenly lock customers' subscriptions but will follow the correct order of state management agencies from continuously notifying via text message to interrupting use and upgrading from temporary lock 1 afternoon to temporary 2-way lock.
