As a non-profit organization specializing in anti-fraud initiatives, Chongluadao played a key role in conducting the survey in Vietnam featured in GASA & Gogoloook's 2023 Asia Fraud Report. Chongluadao's dedication to anti-fraud has been pivotal in collecting insightful data from over 1000 respondents in Vietnam, shedding light on the increasing trend of scams, especially in Vietnam. Phone calls and SMS are still the most commonly used avenues for fraud, but digital platforms such as social networks and instant messaging apps are becoming important methods of fraud. . According to the survey, Facebook and WhatsApp are the top platforms involved in phishing threats, highlighting the importance of targeted digital surveillance. From a companies' perspective, the study's findings highlight the need to invest in fraud prevention, especially in digital awareness initiatives and
consumer awareness. Collaboration between government, business and public interest groups is critical to creating robust anti-fraud mechanisms and technologies that protect both consumers and businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
